A personal trainer costs £40–£120 per session, so most gym-goers train alone — guessing their form and guessing what to do next. Sportzal Ltd, a London-based startup, replicates what a real coach does in one closed loop: it plans your training, watches your lifts through your phone camera, measures every session, and adapts the plan. Phone-only, in any gym, no hardware.
