1. Smart Onboarding
Tell Sportzal your training style, primary goals (muscle gain, strength, fat loss), how many days a week you can train, and any injuries. The app sets up your profile immediately.
2. AI-Generated Schedule
Our algorithms build a balanced weekly plan mixing strength, cardio, mobility, and rest days. It ensures you train optimally without overtraining.
3. Guided Workouts
Start your session and follow along. See exercises, sets, reps, rest timers, and tempo guides. Watch short demo videos if you are unsure how to perform a movement.
4. Record & Analyse Form
Use the in-app camera to record your key lifts. Sportzal's computer vision engine analyses your movement to flag common issues like back rounding or asymmetry.
5. Receive Feedback & Adapt
Get simple, coaching-style feedback—not just technical data. Based on your consistency and form, Sportzal adjusts your future sessions to keep you safe and progressing.
